Covid-19 Information
What to do if you test positive:
- Isolate immediately
- Report your positive test result:

610-285-5017, [email protected] - Monitor your symptoms throughout isolations. If your symptoms worsen, reach out to your primary care provider or urgent care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.
- Test again on day 6. If another positive result is received, please reach out to Contact Tracing Team and stay home until further instructions.
- Wear a high quality, well fitting mask for an additional 5 days after the isolation period ends.

- Upload your Covid-19 vaccine and booster information to myUHS
- Put on a high quality, well fitting mask and wear it for 10 days after exposure
- Quarantine is not required following an exposure, regardless of vaccination status.
- Test on day 6 following exposure and report a positive test result to Contact Tracing:
